Adds a Right Click context menu to the Act % text field.
- option to increase/decrease the activity spent by the move activity.
- option to increase/decrease 50% as it is a common value associated with attack actions.
Adds Shift + Scroll Wheel
- +/-10 activity to compliment the Ctrl + Scroll Wheel +/-1 granularity.
