A small extension to add an effect expiration of 'end of next turn' to allow for easier tracking of things like a monks Stunning Blow.

In the effect expend cycler there is a new option of 'End of Next Turn'.  If this option is selected then the applied effect will expire at the end of the applying characters next turn.

The same expiration can be achieved by adding [EONT] into an existing effect.

A second new option in the effect expend cycler of 'Atk / End of Next Turn' has also been added.  If this option is selected then the applied effect will expire at the end of the applying characters next turn OR if the applying character attacks the target of the effect.

This option can aid in the automation of the 'Vex' weapon mastery property.  An example of how to set this up is in the images associated with this extension
