Masterwork version of all normal weapons and armor

Powers with effects for

 -- Boost Trait

 -- Boost Trait (Monk, Paladin, Ranger)

 -- Lower Trait (updated 2025-05-10 to use new auto-recovery-roll functionality)

 -- Martial Flexibility

 -- Shifter Minor and Major forms (duplicates of the APG2 effects, this just allows them to be held on the character sheet)
