Main Description

This extension enhances the default 5E item sheet in Fantasy Grounds Unity by adding two critical fields for better organization and usability:

• A Description label is added above the standard description field, making item records easier to identify at a glance.

• A DM Only field is introduced below the description field. This field is visible and editable only to the Dungeon Master and will remain hidden from players. It supports formatted text and locks correctly with the item record.

These enhancements work with both the legacy (pre-2024) item sheet format and the newer 2024 item sheet structure.
