Adds a bar of clickable fields to the Character sheet.

This enables players to roll initiative, all Saves, Ranged or Melee attacks, CMB, and Perception without changing tabs in the Character sheet, speeding up combat play. It also displays CMD and AC.

This version also contains a field to track Hero Points.

Based on the extension created by Zygmunt Molotch which in turn is based on the Original Extension produced by Markjan.
