M's Doppelganger

Adds a spell and activity entry to change the token, size, reach, traits, AC, senses, add Temp HP, adjust speed, change skill modifiers, add resistance, add weaknesses, add immunities, and/or add extra effects.
This was made to help with form spells. 
I also added a simple change shape by dropping an NPC on the open editor window. Which adds melee attacks from the NPC to the character.
