Description

This extension comes with some crit tables.  the tables are named for the type of damage that the weapon is dealing.  Slashing will call a slashing table.

If there is no damage type, or it is called from the powers section of the character sheet, it will default to a spell damage type.

there are a couple of extra benefits to this extension.

1.  Customize the description of the damage

2.  You can put in a damage multiplier.  So instead of the crit doing double dice damage, it can be triple, or more.

3.  You can put in critical effects like prone that will be automatically applied to the target as well as a duration for the effect.

4.  Fumbles will have the effects apply to the source instead of the target.  Instead of extra crit damage there is a place for putting in a save against the fumble effect (i.e the weapon trips you up, save DC 10 dexterity or fall prone).  The save will automatically roll.  success means nothing happens, and the effect will be automatically applied to the target on failure.

The GM can customize what happens in options.  Allowing for effects, but no damage multiplier, or the other way around...etc.

This extension will come with default tables that have been set up for piercing, bludgeoning, slashing, and spell damage.  new tables/types can be made by copying the table and changing the name of the type of damage to what you would like called.  The crit type will be the first damage type listed on the weapon for when there are multiple damage types.

*This works well for weapons, and NPCs.

*However when an attack is set up in the Powers/Spells section, the damage type is unknown so it will default to the spell critical table.
