Description
Alluria PF1 - Resource Ledger
Alluria PF1 - Resource Ledger is a resource, Mana/MP, cooldown, and spellclass organisation extension for Fantasy Grounds Unity, built for the 3.5E / PFRPG ruleset family.
It was originally created for a Pathfinder 1e / FFd20 campaign that needed better support for custom resource pools, MP-based spellcasting, per-power counters, recovery tools, cooldown-driven abilities, and cleaner spellclass organisation.
Resource Ledger is designed to keep those systems visible and usable directly on the character sheet, while still fitting into the normal Fantasy Grounds spell and power workflow.
What Resource Ledger Does
Resource Ledger expands the standard spellclass and power setup so that spell-like resources can be used for much more than ordinary spells per day.
It allows you to build custom Resource spellclasses for things like relic charges, item charges, class resources, staged abilities, or other campaign-specific pools. It also adds dedicated Mana / MP spellclasses for tables using MP-style casting or other mana-based mechanics.
Individual powers can spend from a shared pool, track their own personal uses, apply cooldowns, and interact with recovery and chat feedback systems.
The goal is to make custom resource systems easier to read, easier to manage, and easier to use during play.

Custom Resource Support
Resource Ledger allows spellclasses to be used as custom resource trackers instead of only as spell lists.
A Resource spellclass can be configured with a custom name, shorthand, maximum formula, and recovery behaviour. This makes it useful for tracking things like:
item charges
relic powers
class resources
encounter abilities
campaign-specific pools
A spellclass can spend from that pool directly through the power rows beneath it, letting players use and track the resource from the same part of the sheet they already use during play.
Mana / MP Support
Resource Ledger also includes dedicated support for Mana / MP style casting.
Mana spellclasses can track current and maximum MP, apply automatic MP spending when powers are used, and support spell-level-style costing. They also include recovery tools so GMs and players can quickly restore MP using the campaign’s chosen recovery methods.
This makes the extension especially useful for FFd20-style campaigns, or any table that wants to use MP instead of traditional spell slots.
Per-Power Counters and Cooldowns
Powers can also be given their own tracking rules.
A power can:
spend from the shared spellclass pool,
track its own individual uses,
apply a cooldown,
or combine those systems together.
This means a single ability can, for example, cost MP, have a once-per-rest limit, and also place itself on cooldown after use.
Cooldowns are shown on the Combat Tracker, and Resource Ledger can handle player-visible or GM-only cooldown feedback depending on how the power is configured.
MP Action Support
Resource Ledger supports MP-based action handling beyond simple spending.
It includes support for:
MPDMG — MP damage
MPHEAL — MP healing
MPDRAIN — drain MP from a target and restore it to the source
MPSTEAL — steal-style MP drain behaviour
MPSIPHON — siphon-style MP behaviour
This allows tables to run MP-driven mechanics in a much cleaner way than ordinary HP-only action handling.
Organisation and Quality of Life Tools
Resource Ledger also improves how spellclasses are organised on the sheet.
It includes:
custom Resource and Mana icons,
spellclass move up / move down controls,
editable spell level section headers.
These small changes make crowded Actions tabs easier to read and help players organise unusual power setups without fighting the sheet.
Included Guide Module
Resource Ledger includes a full in-game guide module:
Alluria PF1 - Resource Ledger Guide.mod
The guide walks through the extension with annotated screenshots and player-friendly explanations, covering:
spellclass headers
resource setup
mana setup
formula setup
individual power settings
cooldowns
MP actions
recovery tools
chat output
troubleshooting
Compatibility
Resource Ledger is built and tested for the 3.5E / PFRPG ruleset family.
It is not intended for 5E, PF2E, Starfinder, or other rulesets without separate adaptation work. Resource Ledger touches ruleset-specific spellclass, power row, damage, healing, recovery, and character sheet structures, so compatibility outside 3.5E / PFRPG should not be assumed.
Notes
This is an unofficial community extension for Fantasy Grounds Unity. It is not affiliated with SmiteWorks or Fantasy Grounds.
As with any extension, please back up your campaign before installing or updating.
