Sokurah upon the bay, a city dedicated to the sacred scarab in shape and form, stretches from the mainland out across a causeway of polished stone to the island sanctuary of the gods. True, much trade passes through the docks and caravan yards of Sokurah, but the people are most famed for the extents they are willing to go to in pleasing the gods. Not only is the outline of their city a testament to their faith, but they also build their houses and shops out of colored stones to create a tapestry that can only be seen from above.
