This extension allows the DM to set a static initiative for NPCs in the combat tracker.  The NPC record has been updated to add a new "Set Initiative" field.  When the checkbox is checked, the value in the number field will be used for all initiative rolls.

This can be used for a variety of reasons, such as setting up an NPC to represent Lair actions, or to force certain NPCs to the bottom of the combat tracker (setting the init to a negative number), or to have a trap go on a set initiative.
