Reverts the change to resistances, immunities, and vulnerabilities added in 5E update 2022-07.

In 5E update 2022-07, resistances, immunities, and vulnerabilities are no longer added to the NPC's effects in the combat tracker, obscuring them from being edited in the CT. This extension reverts how resistances, immunities, and vulnerabilities are handled to induce the old behavior of automatically adding them as effects in the CT.
