Description
To save myself some time, I have made a few powers to cover the basic attack types in Dungeons and Dragons 4e rulesett and collected a handful of effects based on class features and powers. The list off effects will be increased as the characters in my campaign progresses.
Some of the effects calls for stat bonuses. As there are no way of picking up the stat bonus from the character as the effect is applied, I have just denoted that with which bonus is applicable and you have to write in the correct number after the effect has been applied to a character.
Example: Wildfire_Aura; AURA: 3 enemy, cube, single; DMGA: WIS fire
Change out the WIS with the wisdom modifier.
Some effects come in two parts. One effect part to apply to a target. those effects got a sufix "(T)". The second part has the "(S)" sufix. The (S) part will test for the (T) part and if the test are true, the effect in the second part will be applied.

Aura Effects - By bmos
Bettert Combat Effect - By rhagelstrom
Absorb Effect - By teamtwohy (None of the effects uses these effects of date, but that might change)
